Hammerskil Homes, Inc. has been building custom homes and remodeling in Northern Colorado since 1992. Jerry Hanley owns and operates Hammerskil Homes, Inc. and along with his wife and four children has called Northern Colorado his home since 1990. Jerry started in the construction business as a framer, learned about other trades involved in the building process and progressed to being a general contractor. Initially specializing in remodel and doing everything in-house gives Hammerskil Homes the hands on experience necessary to ensure that all work of our work is held to the highest of standards.

We are constantly learning innovative techniques and utilizing new, as well as tried and true methods and materials. The use of green building practices and solar designs has become a benchmark of the company and something we continually strive to improve. Hammerskil Homes combines a strong history of design and layout, with a passion for building.
